On nine floors, each measuring approximately 300 to 400 square meters, offices are being created in the new OTTO company headquarters as multi-space, meaning open areas without fixed assigned workstations.
The fischer group is also involved in the project, with its FIS RC vinylester hybrid system being used for the subsequent reinforcement connection in concrete. "Our fastening solution convinced the contracted construction company because it is both safe and economical," says Arne Saggau, the responsible application technician in the field service of the fischer group.

The RebarConnect FIS RC is European assessed (ETA) and officially approved for the subsequent reinforcement connection with bars having diameters from 8 to 32 mm and embedment depths up to 3,000 mm. The approval covers hammer and pneumatic drilled holes. The short open and dry times of the FIS RC accelerate the work progress. Depending on the temperature range in the anchoring base from minus to plus degrees (-15°C to +40°C), the processing times range from 1 hour to 2 minutes and the curing times from 36 hours to 30 minutes.
Overall, the fastening solution for subsequent reinforcement connections reduces labour effort as well as financial expenses while ensuring high safety – a contribution to the safe, fast, and economical establishment of the spatial foundation for the workplace of the future.
