The fischer Zykon undercut anchor FZA was used with approximately 660,000 sets to secure the mounts for the ring network and communication systems. With its special undercut technology, the fastener ensures secure connections and maximum safety. After inserting the anchor, the expansion sleeve is driven over the cone with the corresponding setting tool, filling the undercut drilled hole form-fittingly. Another 20,000 FZA anchors were installed by the installers for the attachment of fire extinguishing systems. The fischer internal thread anchor RG M was used 12,000 times in combination with the injection mortar FIS EM to fasten the protective doors. The system allows maximum load transfer in cracked concrete and is also approved for seismic applications.
Previously, fischer was already involved in several projects for the expansion of the Beijing S-Bahn network. With suitable product and service offerings, fischer, through its Chinese subsidiary, accompanies its customers in the Middle Kingdom throughout the entire construction process.
