Chongqing, with more than 82,000 square kilometers, is the city with the largest area in the world and has over 30 million inhabitants. With “Raffles City Chongqing,” the metropolis has gained a new landmark. The project, whose developer is the CapitaLand Group, was completed after seven years of construction in 2019. “Raffles City Chongqing” includes six 250-meter-high skyscrapers located to the south and two northern skyscrapers each 350 meters high. On a total area of 1.12 million square meters, there are apartments, offices, a shopping mall, a hotel, and other mixed-use facilities.
